Water Polo Players: help lift the weight?
I just finished the water polo summer camp and lifted weights twice a week. I have a break of three weeks until practice starts again and I wanted to know how he could continue to lift weights to stay way. I'm swimming and running, but I wanted to know how often and how much weight you can lift. I do not want to grow more, but I still want to strengthen. Suggestions?
If you remember lifts to a summer camp, you should try to work everyother day and the day I have to work to ensure that the stretch. As for how much time, it should be lighter and more repetitions. This will help develop resistance rather than bulking up.
