What are better cleats for receivers? low cut or mid cut?
i was just confused because my dad tells me to get mid cut cuz it’ll protect ur ankles when u plant ur feet. but every one else says low cut for speed.
if u can. can u show me a specific cleat. ty =]
Low cut definetly. For ankle support just have the Coach or trainer tape your ankles.
