Why do black solar cover?

If black absorbs light and makes things hot … Why not make Solor black cover? Black solar covers for pools where the solar pool heating is black … black absorbs light and make it 10 times hotter than the blue if your pool is hot …

They do. I had one. They are not Very Good. The biggest problem is keeping the heat in the water after it was heated. Most of the time (if you include the night – Especially when you move in the fall), the water is hotter than hot air tends to move from hot to cold. Like black is a good color to absorb heat sun (when it's sunny, of course), is also a very good radiator when the heat goes in the opposite direction. The best tapas I've used was transparent, with piles air-filled bubbles (plus a layer of bubbles). The sunlight makes it easily through the clear plastic heats the water, but the air in the heat of bubble traps and serves as an excellent insulator at night, when the water in the pool trying to cool.
