why do people parking enforcement?

I don’t understand why everyone hates them. I was sitting outside and I saw this young adult come from wilson farms and he got hisred bulll he gets everyday Idon’tt know him I just know he gets ared bulll everyday and he had his ipod on as he walked he walked by the parking enforcement truck and then noticed itcausee he looked back then walked up 2 the truck and said “hey” the parking guy looked up and the kid said “fuck you dude” and then walked away and the parking guy just kept ticketing people like nothinghappenedd like he was use to being shit on like that. And the show parking wars shows people flipping off the PPA say go”GO TO HELL!” why are they hated so much Idon’tt get it

It’s because people perceive that paying for parking, not to mention the extreme financial cost when one’s car is ticketed or towed, is too heavy handed and punitive, especially on top of all the other ways government nickels and dimes us at every turn. The people doing that job are viewed by some as representatives of corrupt, money hungry leeches.
