Using super-speed pitch.?
I am a High School pitcher, and I let my place and the season just ended. I slightly less than straight and a curve slowish medium speed. I am a decent pitcher, but I really want to ruin it now finesse hitters and pitchers at this level do not do much. Ok, so people to help accelerate the exercise of the legs, which currently has strong legs, but still can not get the couple on my fastball.
