The Chinese have a different perspective on health and wellness.

For thousands of years, the Chinese have noted the importance of balance and harmony. This philosophy reflected in the concept of yin and yang ", which is represented as women and men, respectively, or as two opposing forces in nature the harmony of balance and complementarity to each other and living together.
